Microsoft Teams Adoption Report

Drive user adoption

This dashboard provides visualized data on the number of messages, calls, and meetings over any period. You can select to see this data for your entire company, by department, team, job title, and even by individual user. This allows you to track usage over time and develop an adoption strategy that will work for your employees.

Microsoft Teams Dashboard

Important Teams analytics

This report provides analytics through a high-level dashboard and detailed information to identify activity (or the lack thereof) and membership to better optimize, secure and maximize collaboration.

Combine and consolidate Teams channels

Microsoft Teams organization is an important aspect of managing your environment and getting the most out of the solution. At times it might make sense to merge two channels together to consolidate files and communications and make collaboration more effective. Currently this isn’t possible, but with Voleer it is.

Microsoft Teams Channel Archive

Clean up your Teams environment

You can ‘archive’ in Teams, but the feature only hides data which takes up storage that Microsoft has set limitations on. This automation enables you to easily archive the data from any team or channel, freeing up space without losing data.

Orphaned Teams Notifications

Identify teams with inactive owners

Team owners know best what content should be stored, who should access it, and methods to collaborate on it. If a team becomes orphaned, it risks the team going into read-only mode if quotas are exceeded and leaves the burden on IT, who won't necessarily have the content knowledge to make the best decision on how to administer the team.

Inactive Teams Notification

Reduce Teams sprawl

Microsoft Teams allows the freedom to create Teams and Channels without approval, resulting in sprawl, seldom used or dead teams, and data scatter all over chats, channels, and files. Reduce Teams sprawl by setting up notifications when Teams is inactive for the time period you select.
